A. Yes, extended care is available from 7:30–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–7:00 p.m. (550 yen per 30 minutes). Please note that meals or snacks are not provided during extended care hours.
Q. Do you provide school lunches?
A. Yes. We provide daily lunch boxes delivered by Waku Waku Hiroba Co., Ltd.
Q. Is there a school bus service?
A. Currently, there is no school bus service.
We ask parents to handle drop-off and pick-up. For those coming by car, we can guide you to designated partner parking lots (conditions apply; please contact us for details).
Q. How much is the tuition fee?
A. Monthly tuition ranges from 95,000 to 117,200 yen, depending on the child’s age and attendance schedule. In addition, there is an enrollment fee (165,000 yen), facility fee, and materials fee.

Q. Is the school eligible for Japan’s Early Childhood Education and Care Subsidy Program?
A. Yes, our school is an eligible institution. Families of children aged 3 to 5 who are certified as needing childcare may receive a monthly subsidy of up to 37,000 yen.

Q. Can I visit the school for a tour?
A. Absolutely! School tours are available, and your child is welcome to join and experience a class.

Q. How can I enroll my child?
A. Please start by booking a school tour via our inquiry form.
During the visit, we’ll explain our curriculum, daily schedule, and fees (the tour lasts about one hour). Application forms will be provided, and after submission, a brief parent-child interview will be scheduled.
Q. Do you offer temporary or drop-in childcare?
A. No, we currently do not offer temporary childcare.
Q. From what age can children enroll?
A. Enrollment is available from 18 months of age. Children must be able to walk and have transitioned to regular meals.
Q. Can children of non-Japanese nationality enroll?
A. Yes, we welcome children of all nationalities. Our staff provides support in both English and Japanese.
Q. Can my child enroll even if they are not yet potty-trained?
A. Yes, diapers are perfectly fine. We support toilet training gently according to each child’s developmental pace.
Q. Do parents need to speak English?
A. Not at all. Our Japanese staff will provide assistance and communicate with you as needed.
Q. Can families in which one parent does not work still enroll?
A. Yes. Unlike licensed daycare centers, enrollment is not restricted by parents’ employment status.
Q. Can I leave my stroller at the school?
A. Yes, stroller storage is available for children up to the 2-year-old class.
Q. Are bicycle and car parking available?
A. Yes. Bicycle parking is located to the left rear side of the building. For cars, we partner with Mitsui Repark, NAVI PARK, and Mitsui Repark No.10 (next to KASHIWANOHA CLINIC MALL). Parking validation is available only when spaces are open and only during drop-off/pick-up times.
