Today was our monthly Beyondia Lounge. We welcomed twelve kids and their families to our school to have some fun and make new friends. When the families arrived, they were able to choose from a ton of different activities and games to do. Some of the children went straight to the toys while others really enjoyed running around the P.E. area. There were also some New Years activities to do. We had a snake craft for the kids to do to celebrate the Chinese Zodiac for 2025 as well as a game of fukuwarai for the kids to enjoy.
We had three story time events. All the kids sat down in the library and listened to the stories being read. Today, the three books were; The Bear Snores On, The Snowy Day, and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. We chose these books are they were all linked to winter. The kids seemed to really enjoy them.
