Winter Closure Notice (Year-End & New Year Holidays) | 休園のお知らせ（年末年始）

We will be closed from December 29th to January 5th.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We will reopen on Monday, January 5.

12月29日から1月4日までの期間は休園とさせていただいております。
ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
1月5日（月）より再開いたします。

If you are planning to submit your application, please follow the instructions below.

1) Submission by Email

Please send your documents to:
kashiwanoha@beyondia.ed.jp
by December 31.

2) Submission by Registered Mail

Applications sent by registered mail will be received from Monday, January 5.
(A postmark dated December 31 is accepted.)

3) Submission in Person

If submitting in person, please drop your documents into the mailbox located
at the back of the 1st floor of the building, by December 31.
