Today, we enjoyed a wonderful Shine Muscat harvesting experience with Loco Door! Not only did we learn about grape leaves and how to check the sweetness of grapes, but we also had the chance to experiment, pick, and taste them ourselves!

ぶどうの葉について学んだり、甘さの見分け方を知るだけでなく、実際に実験したり、自分の手で収穫し、味わうこともできました。

Gathering Smiles/笑顔での集合

Everyone arrived at the meeting point with big smiles, excited to see their friends and teachers—and, of course, eager to pick and eat some delicious grapes.

集合場所には、友達や先生に会えること、そしてもちろん美味しいぶどうを収穫して食べられることにワクワクした子どもたちとご家族が、笑顔で集まってきました。

Welcome at Loco Door/Loco Doorでの歓迎

When the families arrived, they were welcomed into the large styrofoam dome at Loco Door. Once inside, we began with a short introduction of all the teachers and the two facilitators from Loco Door. After that, we sang our cheerful Hello Song together to get the event started.

ご家族が到着すると、Loco Doorの大きな発泡スチロール製ドームに案内されました。
ドームの中では、先生たちとLoco Doorのファシリテーター2名の紹介から始まり、その後、元気いっぱいの「Hello Song」を歌ってイベントをスタートしました。

Learning About Grapes/ぶどうについて学ぶ

Before heading out to the vineyard, we gave some simple reminders about the harvesting experience and then shared a short presentation to help everyone become grape experts! We talked about grape leaves, their unique shapes, and even let everyone guess before heading outside to see the real thing.

畑に出る前には、収穫体験に関する簡単なお約束を伝え、さらに「ぶどう博士」になるための短いプレゼンテーションを行いました。
ぶどうの葉の形や特徴について学び、実際に外に出て本物を見て確認しました。

Vineyard Fun/畑での楽しい時間

At the vineyard, the excitement really began! Each family had the chance to pick one bunch of grapes before returning to the dome to learn how to check sweetness levels—and, of course, taste the grapes themselves. After the tasting, everyone received their very own Grape Expert Certificate, celebrating their new knowledge.

いよいよ畑では本番！
各ご家庭が1房ずつぶどうを収穫し、再びドームに戻って甘さの確認方法を学んだ後、実際に味わってみました。
その後には「ぶどう博士認定証」が手渡され、学んだことをみんなでお祝いしました。

A Memorable Day/思い出に残る1日
